About Buzzmark
Buzzmark is a transactional email platform built for developers and product teams who want their application email to land reliably while keeping data inside Europe. It covers the whole lifecycle of a transactional message, from the send through to delivery, engagement tracking and inbound replies. Core features: - Sending through a clean REST API or a standard SMTP relay, including batch sends. - A full activity log for every message, with delivery, open, click, bounce and spam-complaint events. - Open and click tracking with rewritten links. - Inbound email parsing that forwards received mail to your application as a webhook. - Customer webhooks for delivery, bounce, spam-complaint, open and click events, with automatic retries. - Automatic suppression of hard bounces and spam complaints to protect your sender reputation. - Domain authentication with generated DKIM keys, plus SPF, DMARC and a custom Return-Path, with ongoing DNS monitoring. - A managed outbound IP pool with shared and dedicated IPs and automated warmup. - A dashboard with per-stream activity, suppression lists, usage and billing. European sovereignty and compliance: - Operated from Spain by Hola Money S.L.; all mail and data are processed in EU data centres in Frankfurt and Paris. - GDPR-native, with a Data Processing Agreement included. Pricing is volume-based and in euros, starting with 300 emails per month for free and paid plans from €6.50 per month, with optional dedicated IPs and a managed support tier. Buzzmark is a European alternative to services such as Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun and Amazon SES.
