A technical hub for the entire organisation Digitala Samtal is not a standalone app or isolated video tool. It is a technical hub that connects and supports digital workflows across departments. The platform includes: - Secure video consultations - Digital home visits - Reminders and activity support - Digital forms and assessments - Citizen day overview in mobile (“My Day in Mobile”) - Integrations with planning and case management systems All services operate through a shared authentication model, a unified security structure and a simple licence framework covering the entire municipality.
