Email.eu is a business workspace from the Netherlands and an alternative to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, built and operated by Remails B.V. (Groningen, KVK 89044819), an independent European company with no US parent. Included under one login (single sign-on with 2FA across all apps): - Email on your own domain, with unlimited aliases - Calendar and contacts - Drive for file storage and sharing - Documents, sheets and slides - Wiki - Video meetings - Team chat Hosting and suppliers: - All customer data is hosted in the EU: OVHcloud, Paris, France - The supplier chain is EU-only end to end, including payment processing — no US providers anywhere in the stack - The full subprocessor list is published, and the DPA commits to EU-only subprocessors - No advertising, no tracking, no AI training on customer data - PGP/S-MIME encryption at rest with customer-held keys on the Business plan - Public status page with live uptime at status.email.eu Openness: the service is built on European open-source software (Stalwart, Bulwark, La Suite Meet, Zulip, Authentik) and open protocols (IMAP, JMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV), so standard mail, calendar and contacts clients work out of the box and data remains exportable in open formats. The hosted service itself is proprietary and not self-hostable. Migration: a built-in migration engine moves teams from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP provider — mail, calendars, contacts and files, with the DNS cutover as the final step, so existing mail keeps flowing until everything is verified. Pricing: Starter at €7 per user per month (100 GB/user) and Business at €14 per user per month (2 TB/user, encryption at rest with customer-held keys, priority support). Monthly billing, no seat minimums, no onboarding fees, cancel anytime. An Enterprise tier with dedicated infrastructure is available on request.
