InterCultural Elements was among the first European agencies specialising in helping retailers expand internationally via online marketplaces. After years of supporting brands with marketplace strategy, cross-border expansion, compliance, localisation, and operations, we identified a recurring challenge: marketplace operations were technically complex and difficult to scale.
