About Minuteory
Most teams finish a meeting and immediately start losing it. Someone writes up the notes from memory. Another person sends a follow-up email that two people read and three ignore. By Thursday, parallel tracks of work exist that nobody planned. By the following Monday, the same meeting happens again. Minuteory was built to close the gap between what gets agreed in a room and what actually happens after it ends. It processes every meeting from audio or transcript and produces a complete, structured output automatically: full transcript, AI summary, decisions made, open questions, and a task list where every action item carries a named owner and a RACI role. Not interpreted. Extracted from what was actually said. The platform goes further than transcription or summary. Every meeting receives an effectiveness score across six dimensions: purpose clarity, participant engagement, outcome orientation, personal performance, meeting analytics, and overall assessment. Over time, those scores build into trend reports across meeting groups so teams can see whether their meetings are actually improving, which formats consistently produce results, and which ones consume time without moving anything forward. Per-speaker analytics track talk time, contribution quality, and communication patterns for every participant across sessions. If one person has started to disengage over the last four meetings, the data shows it before it becomes a performance conversation based on impression rather than evidence. Minuteory is built for founders, COOs, and operations managers running teams of 5 to 200 people across Central and Southeast Europe. The buyer is not someone who struggles to run a meeting. They know how to run a meeting. What they cannot do is make the output stick. Decisions evaporate. Tasks land in nobody's inbox. The follow-up email gets written every Tuesday morning and changes nothing. The platform supports 11 languages natively across AI content generation: Hungarian, Slovenian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Macedonian, Polish, Czech, and English. The platform interface runs in English, Hungarian, Slovenian, and Serbian. This is not translation. The AI processes and generates content in each language natively, which means summaries and task lists read as if a native speaker produced them. For teams operating in Central and Southeast Europe, this removes the friction of working in one language and reading outputs in another. Minuteory offers configurable prompt templates called Playbooks that tell the AI exactly what to extract from each meeting type. A standup Playbook looks for blockers and commitments. A client call Playbook tracks decisions and named next steps. A retrospective Playbook surfaces what was agreed and who accepted which action. Teams configure the template once and every subsequent meeting of that type runs through it automatically. The platform includes a podcast-style audio recap of every meeting so team members who prefer listening over reading can consume meeting output on the commute, between calls, or at their desk. No other meeting intelligence tool offers this at the team level. There is no visible bot. Teams upload recordings after the meeting ends, record directly in the browser, sync from Google Drive or local storage. Participants never know a tool is in the room, which removes the documented behavioural shift that occurs when people see a recording indicator during sensitive conversations. Minuteory supports multiple organisations and workspaces under a single login, making it the right infrastructure for agencies, consultants, and teams managing more than one client or entity without mixing data across boundaries. On data residency and compliance, Minuteory is built for GDPR compliance from the architecture level, not retrofitted after launch. Every upload triggers a mandatory consent confirmation before any processing begins. That confirmation is stored at the organisation level as a compliance record. Biometric voice processing is disabled by default and requires a deliberate, logged administrator action to enable. Consent revocation permanently deletes all voice embeddings and associated files, not archived, not anonymised. Deleted. The platform operates on EU infrastructure with EU data residency. It holds CASA Tier 2 security certification, independently audited by a third party, not self-reported. Compared to US-based alternatives such as Fireflies, Otter, or Grain, Minuteory differs: First, it adds a RACI accountability layer that no US tool offers at the task extraction level. Second, it scores meeting effectiveness over time rather than simply transcribing content. Third, it generates outputs natively in 11 Central and Southeast European languages rather than offering English-first translation. Fourth, it keeps all data within EU infrastructure under independently audited compliance controls for European enterprise buyers with GDPR obligations.
