A ticketing system for all sectors: pretix is a flexible, all-in-one solution that combines an online ticket shop with optional POS systems, admission control, compatible hardware, badge printing and LEAD-scanning. Whether you need a online ticket shop for your local museum, theatre, public swimming pool, library or amusement park, pretix offers software for your customisable ticket shop. Your ticket shop is optimised for PCs, tablets and smartphones and can be operated in several languages. A widget allows you to easily embed your ticket shop into existing websites and offers a lot of functionalities, such as the creation of complex product structures, waiting lists, vouchers, ticket design and more. Digital seating plans, where ticket buyers can choose their own seats, can also be created and integrated. Let pretix simplify your point of sales: the ‘pretixPOS’ cash register system automatically configures itself with products from your online shop and also enables the sale of merchandise. If desired, the cash register system can also be used on an Android tablet without expensive special hardware. Of course, both cash and contactless card payments are possible when purchasing tickets. With the ‘pretixKIOSK’ software, ticket sales can also be implemented at vending machines, for example for your public swimming pool. In addition to shop software for selling, pretix also offers the appropriate hardware for access control, from ticket scanning and badge printing to turnstiles. The ‘pretixSCAN’ app turns smartphones into ticket scanners that synchronise each scan with the shop. A high degree of automation can also be achieved with our turnstiles, which we developed in collaboration with krauth technology. The turnstiles are ideal for admission control at locations with high visitor traffic. pretix is fully GDPR-compliant and stores all data on servers in Germany. IT security is regularly certified according to the international standard ISO 27001. The high requirements of credit card providers (PCI DSS) are also complied with, of course. pretix charges 2.5% of the net ticket price per ticket sold (max. €15 per ticket) and offers you up to 500 free tickets per year.
