About Wodo
Wodo is a project management tool for teams that want structure without a fixed methodology. Work items live in one ordered list and are organised with user-defined labels. Depending on how a team groups those labels, the same items appear as a kanban board, a two-axis matrix, a table, or a timeline, so a team can move from a simple to-do list to a multi-year plan without switching tools or migrating data. Editing is real-time and offline-capable: changes appear as people make them, and work done offline merges without conflicts when the connection returns. Wodo is made by Wodoco B.V., a Dutch company, and is hosted in the European Union by default; the storage region for each space is chosen by the customer, currently the EU or Canada. It includes no built-in AI and does not use customer content to train any model, and teams can connect their own approved assistant through the open MCP protocol. Sign-in is delegated to an identity provider such as Google, Microsoft, or a custom OIDC provider, or to a passkey, so no passwords are stored. Single sign-on, exports, and all other features are included for every organisation, without a separate enterprise tier.
