About InvestEU
The InvestEU programme focuses on four policy areas: sustainable infrastructure; research, innovation and digitisation; small and medium-sized enterprises; and social investment and skills. It provides the European Union with long-term funding by leveraging private and public funds in support of EU policy priorities. The programme consists of three components: the InvestEU Fund, the InvestEU Advisory Hub, and the InvestEU Portal. The InvestEU Fund is implemented through financial partners who invest in projects using the EU budget guarantee to mobilise investment across Europe.
