About Survicate
Survicate is a European Voice of Customer platform built for product, research, marketing, and customer experience teams. It helps companies collect feedback across every channel, measure customer satisfaction, analyze signals with AI, and act on findings to improve products, retention, and customer experience. What problem it solves Most teams collect feedback in silos. Survey responses sit in one tool, support tickets in another, call transcripts somewhere else. Satisfaction scores get measured but rarely connected to the reasons behind them. Survicate brings it together: surveys across web, mobile, and email, CSAT and NPS tracking across the full customer journey, plus 15+ external feedback sources including app store reviews, support tools, and call transcripts, all feeding into a single platform for analysis and action. Ideal customer B2C and B2B software companies with active product, research, marketing, and customer success teams. Typical users include Product Managers validating roadmap decisions, User Researchers synthesizing multi-source feedback into stakeholder-ready reports, Marketing and CRM teams running feedback-driven lifecycle campaigns, and Customer Success teams tracking CSAT and NPS to catch dissatisfaction before it becomes churn. Key features and differentiators Survicate offers two products within one platform. Surveys covers multi-channel feedback collection and customer satisfaction measurement: in-product surveys, email surveys, website surveys, and mobile app surveys via native iOS and Android SDKs. Teams can run NPS, CSAT, and CES programs across every touchpoint, with advanced targeting that triggers surveys based on user behavior, attributes, and events. 40+ native integrations connect satisfaction data to the tools teams already use, including HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, Intercom, Zendesk, Amplitude, and Mixpanel. Research Hub is Survicate's AI-native research repository. Teams define a research project, select specific feedback sources, and generate a customizable, citation-backed report in approximately 25 minutes. Every conclusion links to real source quotes, so findings are verifiable before sharing with stakeholders. The AI handles synthesis. Researchers stay in control of what gets analyzed, how it is framed, and what the final report says. Deployment and data residency Survicate is a Polish company, headquartered in Warsaw. Data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU. The platform is fully GDPR compliant. Survicate acts as both Data Controller for its own user data and Data Processor for respondent data collected on behalf of customers. A Data Processing Addendum is available. All data is transmitted via HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Survicate does not use cookies on respondent devices. AI features use OpenAI (GPT-4.1 nano) for follow-up question generation only. Respondent data sent to OpenAI is not used for model training. How Survicate compares to non-European alternatives SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics are US-owned, US-headquartered platforms subject to US data laws including the CLOUD Act. Survicate is European-owned, EU-hosted, and built with GDPR compliance as a default, not an add-on. Typeform is Spain-based but focuses primarily on form creation without satisfaction measurement programs, a research repository, or multi-source feedback analysis. Dovetail is Australian-owned and focused on qualitative research repositories without the survey collection or satisfaction tracking layer. Survicate combines the full voice of customer loop: feedback collection across every channel, satisfaction measurement across every touchpoint, and AI-assisted analysis in a single GDPR-native platform, owned and operated in Europe.
