Zynyo is a Dutch provider of a SaaS platform for digital signing and digital identity verification at the highest level of security and reliability. Documents are signed and sealed at all levels: advanced and qualified. The Zynyo Signing Service is ISO 27001-certified and fully complies with European legislation (the eIDAS Regulation) for trust services. Using Zynyo means relying on a fully self-developed application, with all infrastructure hosted in data centers owned by a Dutch company. The platform is accessible both as a stand-alone application and through API integration. When integrated, the signing and document management process takes place seamlessly within the third-party applications already in use, while Zynyo handles the entire document flow and signature process. Signatories can be identified using a range of methods offered by various European providers. Every signed document includes a Deed of Signature, an audit trail that logs each step of the signing process. This trail is permanently secured with an eSeal, guaranteeing the document’s integrity and authenticity. For additional security, signing requests can be protected with two-factor authentication (2FA), ensuring access is restricted to the intended recipient only. Zynyo delivers a high-end platform that offers a simple, secure, and globally recognized solution for digitally signing agreements. Zynyo uses a clear and user-friendly pricing structure.
